Start with 45 minutes of Pilates with Katie to improve balance, strength, core stability, and flexibility. Then, gain valuable insights during a 15-minute menopause and female health talk with special guest Dr. Victoria Middleton, a GP and female health specialist.
Finally, relax and connect over a delicious healthy brunch. A perfect way to prioritise your body, mind, and well-being!
We’ll take your brunch pre-order one week before the event, and you’ll also be able to submit any questions for Dr. Middleton in advance too.
