Who is it for?

If you’re a busy woman looking to break free from the cycle of ‘on it/off the wagon,’ stop yo-yoing, and build a healthier, more balanced life, this is for you. My coaching is tailored to those who are ready to prioritise their health and fitness without adding more stress to their already hectic lives.

What does it cover?

My coaching covers everything you need to build a sustainable lifestyle, including:

Personalised fitness and nutrition strategies
Practical tools for habit-building and time management.
Mindset shifts to overcome barriers and stay consistent.
Stress reduction techniques to make healthy living enjoyable.

How does it work?

You’ll have 1+ sessions with me per week. These sessions will be mostly workout-based, but we’ll also use the time to address areas of challenge and change, ensuring you’re making progress in every aspect of your journey.

Outside of our sessions, you’ll have access to my app, where your bespoke programme will be available. This includes:

Workouts: Tailored to your goals and preferences, with options for home or gym-based training.
Nutrition Programme: Designed around your likes, dislikes, and lifestyle to make eating well simple and enjoyable.
Habits: Strategies to build sustainable routines that support your health and fitness goals.

We’ll stay connected through the app’s messaging feature, where I’ll provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to keep you on track.

What do you get?

1:1 Personal Coaching: Weekly sessions focused on workouts and addressing challenges, ensuring your progress aligns with your goals. You’ll have 1+ session per week depending on the package or session credits you choose.
Bespoke Programme: A fully customised plan accessible via my app, including tailored workouts, a personalised nutrition programme, and habit-building strategies.
Accountability & Support: Weekly check-ins and app-based messaging to keep you motivated and on track.
Ongoing Guidance: Practical tools and strategies to reduce stress, create balance, and make sustainable health and fitness a part of your lifestyle.

How is it different from personal training?

Personal training focuses on teaching you how to exercise. Coaching goes deeper, helping you integrate fitness, nutrition, and wellness into your lifestyle. It’s not just about what to do but how to make it work for YOU, even on your busiest days.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions usually take place at my private studio in SR2. There is free parking and a bathroom/changing room. If you would prefer me to come to you, I can travel (anywhere outside of SR1, SR2 and SR3 postcodes will incur a small travel charge).

How much does it cost?

Packages start at £212, and are dependent on the number of sessions you have each week. We can arrange an initial chat on the phone so I can find out more about your goals, lifestyle and challenges, share with you the options and answer any additional questions you may have.
