My coaching is tailored to those who are ready to be healthier and fitter, but also get the most out of all areas of life—without adding more stress to their already hectic schedules. It’s for women who are ready to stop faffing around and finally take control, bringing order to every aspect of their life in all areas. And with the convenience of having me as your coach, in your pocket, anywhere, anytime, there’s never been a better time to start.

What does it cover?

My coaching covers everything you need to build a sustainable lifestyle, including:
Personalised fitness and nutrition strategies
Practical tools for habit-building and time management.
Mindset shifts to overcome barriers and stay consistent in all areas of life.
Stress reduction techniques to make healthy living enjoyable.

How does it work?

You’ll have one online coaching/check in session with me per week. These sessions will be used to address areas of challenge and change, ensuring you’re making progress in every aspect of your journey.

Outside of our sessions, you’ll have access to my app, where your bespoke programme will be available. This includes:

Workouts: Tailored to your goals and preferences, with options for home or gym-based training.
Nutrition Programme: Designed around your likes, dislikes, and lifestyle to make eating well simple and enjoyable.
Nutrition Support: We'll work together to help you gain full emotional control over food. You'll never be in doubt of what to eatand you'll take back control of your choices.
Habits: Strategies to build sustainable routines that support your health and fitness goals.

We’ll stay connected through the app’s direct messaging feature, where I’ll provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to keep you on track.

What do you get?

1:1 Personal Coaching: Weekly in-app 30 minute coaching/check-in session focused on addressing challenges, ensuring your progress aligns with your goals
Bespoke Programme: A fully customised plan accessible via my app, including a tailored workout plan, a personalised nutrition programme, and habit-building strategies
Accountability & Support: Weekly check-ins and app-based messaging with direct access to me when you need it, to keep you motivated and on track.
Ongoing Guidance: Practical tools and strategies to reduce stress, create balance, and make sustainable health and fitness a part of your lifestyle.

How is it different from personal training?

Personal training focuses on teaching you how to exercise. Coaching goes deeper, helping you integrate fitness, nutrition, and wellness into your lifestyle. Personal Coaching works on all of the pillars of life; mindset, physical health, relationships and career/business. It’s not just about what to do but how to make it work for YOU, even on your busiest days.

Where do the sessions take place?

Everything happens via the app, which has built in video calling for our weekly session

How much does it cost?

£199 per month, for a minimum commitment of 2 months, then you can cancel anytime.

Once you join up, you’ll receive 2 emails. The first has a link to download the app and fill in a PARQ form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and the second contains your Consultation Form (which will give me all the info I need to create your programme).
